We understand the emotional and financial burden that comes with fertility treatment. That's why we offer our patients clear and transparent financial plans. The fees enclosed in this packet are significantly reduced and cannot be billed to insurance providers. The price cut complies with PPACA and fair health consumer data. The prices listed are for cash payments only, and if you have insurance or an employer benefit, your pricing may differ.
